Kate joined MANN & Co. in 2016. After a successful period in Europe, Kate in 2018 took a new challenge of developing MANN & Co in the New Zealand market. Her passion is business leadership development.
Kate is a highly qualified human resources and people development expert and manager, with over 18 years of experience working in a large international corporation and in the recent years in MANN & Co.
She is skilled at managing corporate training teams as well as leading large-scale business and training projects. Experienced in working with personnel at all levels of management, Kate is highly effective when operating in environments that are fast-paced and challenging. She is passionate about change management and employee engagement in the digital era.
Kate has Master Degree in Human Resources Development, Professional Coaching Certification and is a member of International Coaching Federation.
Naoise McDonagh

Researcher, Consultant, Lecturer, Author and a Public Speaker.
As an institutional economist Naoise has spent the past decade researching the driving factors behind economic development and innovation.
He has published numerous social science studies on international business, organisational structure and its impact on operational functionality.
Naoise has a keen understanding of the way regulatory requirements and local cultural norms impact the effectiveness of organisational practice.
He currently teaches sociology in the University of Auckland, and regularly presents his research at international conferences.
